What is included in the transaction fee?

The transaction fee is calculated by adding up the tax exclusive amounts for each line item and calculating the fee percentage from this order total. Post, packing, shipping fees are not included in this calculation.

When are the fees charged?

The one-off fee is due before the customisation of your app starts. Accumulated transaction fees exceeding £200 will be billed weekly. When fees do not exceed this billing threshold they will accumulated and billed monthly.

How can I pay?

You will be provided with our bank account details so that you can transfer the funds. Alternatively, you may pay by credit card which will be subject to a fee of 2.41%. Using the credit card facility must be agreed before the invoice is issued.

When will payment be due?

The invoice terms are 14 days from issue.
